DELIVERY OPTIONS AND COST IN THE UK
Standard delivery is 2-4 days from the date of despatch - For orders over £50 this service is completely free. For orders under £50 the price is weight dependant for 0-2kg £5.28, 2-5kg £6.75, 5kg and above £8.91. (Please note, free postage is only available on standard delivery to UK mainland addresses. £50 is the value of the goods including VAT.)
Next Working Day - £9 (Please note that the Next Working Day option is only available if all the items you are trying to order are in stock. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday - Friday to be despatched the same day.) Please note. We do not despatch or deliver on weekends and public holidays. We cannot offer our next working day option to certain remote locations including some parts of the Scottish Highlands, Belfast and Northern Ireland.
We despatch Tuesday - Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm. Next Working Day orders must be placed by 3pm Monday - Friday to be despatched that day.
All orders will be shipped as soon as all the items are available - subject to payment authorisation. Where items on your order are out of stock the order will ship once all of the orders components become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items. Please note: At exceptionally busy times like Christmas or in periods of adverse weather conditions deliveries may be delayed by a day or two beyond normal timescales quoted. At these times we cannot guarantee next day delivery when selected.
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply tick the box (during checking out) and complete the address details. Please Note. The Billing address must be the address your payment card is registered to. PO Box addresses may not be accepted. Unfortunately for PayPal customers we can only ship to your PayPal registered addresses. This restriction is a fraud prevention measure issued by PayPal and is beyond our control, sorry.
Yes, when we despatch your order we will email you with the tracking details. Tracking details may not appear or update on the carrier's web site until the parcel has been scanned into their network on the evening of despatch.
For Royal Mail parcels which have been attempted to be delivered and returned back to the customer’s local Royal Mail collection office. The Royal Mail collection depot must be contacted/visited by the customer’s themselves providing proof of id and calling card. This is the customer’s responsibility to check if parcel being held at their depot, and to arrange to collect the goods.
For orders despatched via a courier, the courier will contact you via SMS or Email (if you provided details) with in flight and re-delivery options.
We use a variety of Royal Mail, DPD and Parcel Force services for deliveries in the UK, some of these services may require proof of delivery.
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact Customer Care immediately, either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 07453256199. If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. Customer Care they can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation. If your UK delivery is delayed in transit we are required to wait 5 days before we can claim and resend your order. If you are an overseas customer we have to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from despatch, after this period has passed we can re-send the goods.
